An annual scholarship which was endowed to assist medical students experiencing financial hardship to undertake, or continue, their studies. The scholarship will be awarded, initially, for one year, but may be tenable for up to five years.
Candidates must be studying for either a Degree in Medicine, at a Medical Faculty of a University in the United Kingdom, recognised by the College; or for the United Examining Board Licence of the Society of Apothecaries, the Royal College of Physicians of London, and of The Royal College of Surgeons of England.
